You can use 1-2 kinds of vegetablewith 1-2 kinds of fruits to try different combinations using a cold-pressjuicer or blender. It’s unnecessary to juice too many different kinds at once!The less the ingredients, the easier the digestion. Importantly: don’t drink cold juice, and try very hard to makethe temperature of the juice close to or slightly higher than your bodytemperature! People who have weak stomachs should avoid using too many bitteringredients and ones that are considered “cold” in Chinese medicine. Tocompensate for the ingredients that are “cold” in Chinese medicine, add gingeror tropical fruits to compensate. |
